0.2 Your delivery address must be present on Google maps or your order will be sent to The Courier Guy Branch that is the nearest to you.

1. ONLINE SECURITY
1.1 Look for the secure icon (closed padlock) OR https:// at the beginning of our website address to confirm a secure connection to our website. If your connection is not secure, use another device with up to date software.
1.2 If you have bookmarked and cached our website on your browser, please refresh the page before logging in to make sure the connection is refreshed and secure.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
2.1 This website accepts 3D secure VISA and Master Card payments. For enhanced security, you will need to approve the online transaction via your banking app or by entering a One Time Pin (OTP) that you will receive via SMS from your bank.
2.2 If you prefer to pay us by Instant EFT, select the option to email you an invoice. Stock will be reserved for your order for 2 hours. If you are unable to make payment within 2 hours, you may place a new order when you are ready.
3. DELIVERY COSTS
3.1 Our website calculates courier fuel cost based on your location but exclude surcharges.
3.2 You will be liable for surcharges if you are located on a mine, farm plot, power station, embassy building, chain-store or any location that causes significant delays and inconvenience for your delivery.
3.3 You will be liable for surcharges / return charges if you miss multiple delivery attempts.
4. DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
4.1 We will dispatch your order within 24 hours over working days.
4.2 We will email you a courier tracking number once we dispatch your order.
4.3 If you are located in and around major cities then you will receive delivery within 2 to 5 working days.
4.4 If you are located in remote areas then delivery will take between 4 to 7 working days.
4.5 If there are unforeseen delays with our courier service provider we will notify you via e-mail.
5. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
5.1 Be prepared to provide the courier company with proof of identity (your id/ driver’s license) when receiving your order.
5.2 Please inspect your package for damages and make sure it is sealed before accepting delivery.
6. WARRANTIES
6.1 All products sold are brand new. We inspect and test products before despatch to minimise the chance of you receiving a defective product.
6.2 We guarantee products against manufacturing defects for up to 12 months provided it is installed by a reputable competent installer.
6.3 DIY installations are done at your own risk since matching of speaker loads to amplifier impedance, changing of power cables, fuses, etc requires professional knowledge.
6.4 Our guarantee does not cover damage due to incorrect installation, abuse, misuse, negligence or wear and tear.
6.5 All types of speakers and microphones are not guaranteed.
7. RETURNS
7.1 All products sold are brand new. Our products are inspected and tested for defects before despatch.
7.2 However, if a product becomes faulty within 12 months you can return it to us at your own cost and risk.
7.3 To return a product you need to complete a return form and send it to us along with your receipt.
7.4 Once we confirm the information provided is valid, you can send the product back to us.
7.5 We will send the product back to our supplier to assess the fault.
7.6 Our supplier will determine if the fault is due manufacturing defect, wear and tear, misuse or incorrect installation.
7.7 If the fault is due to manufacturing defect then our supplier will fix it and we will courier it back to you at our cost.
7.8 If the fault is not a manufacturing defect you will be liable for the repair cost and the cost to courier the product back to you.
8. REFUNDS (ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY)
8.1 Rest assured, we will never get your order wrong ✅, we do not false advertise ✅, we do not mislead customers ✅, if we ever make an error, we will correct it before you become aware of it ✅.
8.2 However, you may cancel an order within 7 days of your purchase for a refund.
8.3 Your refund will exclude delivery costs and you will also be charged a handling fee of 15%.
8.4 To receive a refund you must send us a completed return form, the transaction receipt and your banking details.
8.5 Once we verify your information, we will request you to send back the product at your cost and your risk.
8.6 Once we receive the product, we will assess product to ensure that the product and packaging are in brand new condition and the product works 100%.
8.7 If the product or packaging is damaged or faulty we will deduct the cost of restoring the product back to brand new condition from your refund.
8.8 All refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the returned goods for the cancelled order.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
9.1 The personal information that you provide us will be stored and used for identity verification during fulfilments of your orders.
9.2 Your information is safe with us and we will not disclose your personal information to third parties.
9.3 You can delete your account and information by sending us an email.
